La Ska Brass – Postureo Del Terror [Posture Of Terror]

La Ska Brass are a band from Spain. They formed in 2011 when a group of friends, who were students of the Conservatorio Superior del Liceo and the Escuela Municipal de Música [Municipal School of Music], got together to play covers of their favourite songs and started taking the band seriously the following year. They started their recording career in 2015 with the release of their first album. The members of the band are: Alexandre García on vocals; Marc Gauchola on guitar; Martí Giner on trombone; Dídac Llambrich on keyboard; Iñigo Parra on bass; and Jordi Alcazar on drums.

Postureo Del Terror [Posture Of Terror] was originally released as a single in 2018. It is about the different way that terrorist attacks in Europe are treated differently in Media than terrorist attacks in non-Western countries, as though only the lives of white Europeans matter. It is a high powered ska track with a distinct punk attitude that takes the Two-Tone vision on to the next phase that will get you up and skanking along with the beat and shouting out the chorus along with the band. The video is a series of graphic novel style drawings with the lyrics appearing over the top so you can sing along.
