Time for some comedy:
LadBaby (Mark Ian Hoyle) is an author, blogger, comedian, and singer. When his wife, Roxanne, was expecting their first child in 2016 he started a website documenting his transition from lad to dad as a first time father. He has built a large following on various social networks. In 2018 he released his first single with his wife that was a great success and have become the first artists to have achieved consecutive Number 1 hit singles in the UK.
I Love Sausage Rolls is a parody of I love Rock ‘n’ Roll that was originally recorded The Arrows in 1975 but the best known version is the cover that Joan Jet & The Blackhearts released in 1982. This is a parody version with a distinct sausage roll theme and plenty of innuendo. It is released as a charity single with all the proceeds being donated to The Trussell Trust, a British charity dedicated to ending hunger and poverty in the UK and support a number of food banks providing food and support to people in need, you can find out more about The Trussell Trust on their website. This song achieved the Number 1 spot on the 2019 Christmas music charts in the UK, backing up their 2018 Christmas Number 1, the first time that any artist has achieved this in consecutive years. The video consists of LadBaby and Roxanne breaking into Abbey Road Studios, recording the song, and being arrested by the Police while dressed in sausage roll hoodies.
You can follow LadBaby on his Official Website, on Facebook, on Twitter, on Instagram, and on his YouTube channel. You can buy his music on iTunes, on Google Play, and on Amazon.
