Tri Zhelaniya [Three Wishes] is a Russian translation of La Grenouille [The Frog] that was originally released by Francis Lemarque in 1955. It tells the story of a young man who catches a female frog near a pond, the frog then offers 3 wishes if he sets her free; the young man first wishes for money, then power, but these don’t satisfy him so for the last wish he asks for love and the frog turns into a Queen. This is a entrancing rendition of the song where Vika brings out the beautiful melody in a way that will hold your attention transfixed to her performance. The video has Vika competing in a singing competition where she is forced to sing alone in front of the panel of judges from many different countries. At first the judges seem to be bored and distracted but as Vika continues to sing the start to be interested and she then wins them over and they start dancing to her music. Despite all of this action Vika dominates your attention and she has the most enchanting smile on her face during the instrumental parts.
