The Yellow Scientist is a mashup of 2 songs that were originally released by Coldplay: Yellow was originally released on the 2000 album Parachutes and as a single; and The Scientist was originally released on the 2002 album A Rush Of Blood To The Head and as a single. This is another incredible instrumental performance, this time mashing 2 songs together with, played on traditional Indian instruments with a distinct Indian feel, and is the first in a regular, monthly series of mashups of 2 Coldplay songs. The musicians used on this track are: Tushar Lall on piano; Himani Kapoor on vocals; Manas Kumar on violin; Aditya Apte on sarod; Prasad Rahane on sitar; Rupak Dhamankar on tabla; Sandeep Mishra on sarangi; Ayush Sharma on mohanveena; Anurag Gawhale on guitar; and Nachiket Karekar on drums.
