Mădălina Lefter is a young Romanian singer. She started singing at the age of 4 years and has competed successfully in many competitions both in Romania and abroad. She represented Romania, along with her friend Andrada Popa, in the 2008 Junior Eurovision Song Contest (JESC) where they sang the song Salvati planeta! (Save the Planet!).
Dangerous Woman was originally released by Ariana Grande as the title track on her 2016 album Dangerous Woman and as a single. It is a song about enjoying the physical aspects of love, being a bad girl underneath and being with a boy that makes her feel like a dangerous woman. Mădălina really lets her bad girl out for this song and plays up the part coming across as a totally believable dangerous woman, adding a tone to her voice that gives the song an edge that is missing in the original. The video is a change from the type of video we have come to expect from Mădălina but she takes the bad girl image to heart and gives a performance that makes the original seem like a little girl play acting in comparison, but she manages to keep the performance classy without sliding off into the sleazy.
