Zhizn’ Prodolzhayetsya [Life Continues] was originally sung by Ukrainian star Tina Karol after the death of her husband from stomach cancer when he was only 32 as she sings about Life going on despite hardship (you can view the original video by Tina Karol here).
In this version, Sofia Tarasova, Galya Dubok and Marta Rak give a very moving performance that brings the audience to their feet for a standing ovation. The emotion of the performance is so great that young Galya is so overwhelmed that tears interrupt her performance and Sofia and Marta finish the performance. Make sure that you have tissues ready as this performance will bring tears to your eyes and not understanding the words won’t help keep your eyes dry.
